We are pleased to share the latest construction milestone for TG Riruta, our upcoming residential development redefining affordable luxury along Naivasha Road. The project continues to move steadily and according to schedule, with major progress achieved across all basement levels. Below is the detailed breakdown of works completed and ongoing on site.
Basement 3
Nov 8, 2025: The casting of the Basement 3 slab was fully completed. This marked a major structural milestone as the lowest level of the building was now in place, providing a solid foundation for the rest of the project. All works in this section were finalized according to schedule and structural specifications.
Basement 2
Nov 28, 2025: Basement 2 reached a significant milestone, with its slab casting now complete. This progress demonstrated consistent momentum on site and ensured that the superstructure continued to rise as planned. Quality checks have been done to confirm that all casting meets engineering requirements.
Basement 1
Dec 1, 2025: Work is actively ongoing on Basement 1. Our team is currently constructing the columns and undertaking steel reinforcement works in preparation for the slab casting. This phase is crucial as it forms the vertical support system for the floors above. The team remains on track, and this level is expected to move to slab casting soon.
